Sales and Delivery Terms

These sales and delivery terms apply to all purchases made through the online store operated by Gaasikontroll OÜ (registry code: 17243474, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Peterburi tee 26, 11411, hereinafter referred to as “the seller”).
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms apply to all sales agreements concluded between the customer and the seller.
1.2. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the website.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. To place an order, the customer must add products to the shopping cart, complete the order form, and confirm the order.
2.2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
2.3. The sales agreement is considered concluded once the order is confirmed and payment is received by the seller.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
3.2. Payment is made securely via the Montonio payment module, which supports:
Bank links (Estonian banks)
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
3.3. The order is confirmed only after successful payment.
4. Delivery
4.1. Products are delivered within the Republic of Estonia only.
4.2. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on product availability.
4.3. Available delivery methods:
Parcel locker (Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD)
By agreement (for special or bulky items)
4.4. If the product cannot be delivered (e.g., out of stock), the seller will contact the customer and issue a refund within 7 business days.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1. According to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 56(1), customers have the right to return goods purchased from the online store within 14 days.
5.2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
5.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Complaints and Liability
6.1. If a product has defects, a complaint must be submitted within 2 months of discovering the issue.
6.2. Complaints should be sent in writing to gaasiteenused@gmail.com, including the order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
6.3. The seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the product or normal wear and tear.
7. Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through mutual agreement.
8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in Tartu County Court, Estonia.
